This website is operated by BEST-BRAIN GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION. Throughout the sites, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BEST-BRAIN GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION.
BEST-BRAIN GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION offers the websites, including all information, tools and services available from the sites to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our sites you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the sites, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our websites. By accessing or using any part of the sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the websites or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our websites. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your use or continued use of or access to the websites following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

GENERAL AGREEMENT

1. Persons using the Websites or the Services for any reason whatsoever bind themselves and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Should a User not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement or be unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the User should immediately cease using the Websites and/or terminate the registration process.
3. You may not use the Websites or the Services if you are not of a legal age to form a binding contract with BEST-BRAIN GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION.
4. Users agree that all terms and conditions herewith published shall be binding on the User and that should there be a contradiction between these general terms and conditions and any other product-specific or service-specific terms and conditions, the product-specific or service-specific terms and conditions shall prevail to the limited extent of such conflict.
5. We reserve the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order or request to do business or to render any Services without giving any reasons thereof. BEST-BRAIN GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION also reserves the right to cancel orders/requests in whole or in part in our sole and absolute discretion.
6. Users undertake to check the Websites frequently and to acquaint themselves with the changes and/or amendments in the information supplied on the Websites and, in this regard, Users undertake to check, at a minimum, these terms and conditions for any alteration thereto, including in respect of nature of any Services, prior to the conclusion of each new service order in respect of the Services governed by these terms and conditions.

FURTHER AGREEMENTS ON BEST-BRAIN CHALLENGE

As a Participant, be it individual, Group, School, or Institution participating by registering for the Competition; you hereby agreed that:

1. You enter the challenge voluntarily and decisively; and not as result of any form of coersion or allurement.
2. Eventhough you are an underaged person yet you have entered the challenge with the consent of your Parent (or Teacher, School Management, Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you).
3. You and your Parent (or Teacher, School Management, Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you) delibratelty and willingly validate your entry with the requisite Amount on the site as part of the processes involved to get the least benefit of the competition (which is Online Career Mentoring for 1 Year; starting from the day the link is sent to you).
4. You and your Parent (or Teacher, School Management, Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you) aware that Participants can register either through School or Independently; therefore the NGO cannot be held responsible for whatsoever transpires between you and your School.
5. If you are selected for the next stage of the Competition as an independent participant, you and your Parent (or Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you) have consented to bear the cost of Transportation (to and fro) for the Pre-Television Show Screening within your State of Location which shall take place at a venue to be disclosed later.
6. If you register through your School, you with the consent of your Parent (or Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you) have agreed together with the School to be responsible for your Transportation to the Screening Venue in the State in case you are selected for the next stage of the Competition (We expect Schools to transport their Participants to the Venue).
7. You and your Parent (or Teacher, School Management, Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you) are aware that Screening in the Competition may involve the use of Technology in term of Computer, Smartphone, Internet Connection or as may be required by the Organizer of this noble competition .
8. You and your Parent (or Teacher, School Management, Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you) are aware that only Junior and Senior Secondary School Students from the following 6 States (Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Kaduna, Niger and FCT-Abuja) can register for the 2019 Edition of the Competition (Except otherwise stated on the Site).
9. The Grand finale of 2019 Edition of the Competition will take place in either Abuja or Lagos and Transportation of any participant that emerge Finalist but live very far from the final Event Location will be taken care of by the Organizer (to and fro).
10. The Organizer of BEST-BRAIN CHALLENGE shall have full control over every individual, group, or institutional information and material submitted during the course of the processes involve in the contest. Hence, we shall not take any permission from you (Participant, Parent, Teacher, School Management, Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you) before we can make use of the information or material for any legitimate purpose. Therefore, if you consider any information or material sacred or confidential you do not need to submit such to us or expose it to this competition.
11. If you emerge among Constestants for the PEOPLE'S CHAMPION AWARD; you shall submit a 10-12Minutes video of your chosen Talent Showcase which shall be combined together with your Essay as "Entry" for Public Voting under which Multiple Voting is allowed so you and your supporters agreed to do your best to emerge as the CHAMPION.
12. As a Participant, You and your Parent (or Teacher, School Management, Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you) shall accept the outcome(s) or result(s) at each stage of this Competition in good faith as the Organizer shall operate without favouritism and partialty.
13. You and your Parent (or Teacher, School Management, Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you) will not participate in any form of protest against the Organizer of this Competition or our Supporters for any reason but will channel your grievances formally to the organizer - otherwise do not apply or register at all.
14. Your Participation and /or Award may be cancel in the event of involvement in any form of malpractices, fight or protest in the course of this competition.
15. You and your Parent (or Teacher, School Management, Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you) hereby consent to all terms and conditions associated with the redemption of Awards incase you emerge as a WINNER; and these include but not limited to "PAYMENT IN TRANCHES" where the Award(s) cannot be redeemed in whole for the reason best known to the Organizer.
PAYMENT IN TRANCHES SHALL BE STRUCTURED IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER:
i. BEST-BRAIN DIAMOND OR GOLD AWARD - 4 Tranches (Equal Amount Payable in Each Quater)
ii. BEST-BRAIN SILVER AWARD+ - 4 Tranches (Equal Amount Payable in Each Quarter)
iii. BEST-BRAIN SILVER AWARD - 2 Tranches (Equal Amount Payable in Every 3 Month)
iV. BEST-BRAIN BRONZE AWARD - Once
v. PEOPLE'S CHAMPION AWARD - Once (As Voted)
NB: All Potential Winners need to understand that we would like to pay you your Award Prize at once but where situation arise such as when sponsors choose to release funding in Tranches; you will have to understand with us as we would surely keep to our promises.
16. Incase you win any Award in this Competition, you shall automatically become and continue to be an AMBASSADOR of BEST-BRAIN CHALLENGE/BEST-BRAIN GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION.
17. Incase you win any Award in this Competition, you and your Parent (or Teacher, School Management, Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you) hereby consent to use the Award Prize mainly to support your Education in the Best Way possible.
18. Incase you win any Award in this Competition, you and your Parent (or Teacher, School Management, Guidance, or Another Responsible Adult around you) hereby consent to our stand in following up to ensure that the Award Prize is not diverted for a wrong usage.

BEST-BRAIN GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the contents on the Services. In no event shall we be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services or the contents of the Services. We do not guarantee that user will make some certain amount of money or ultimately gain, win certain benefit after subscribing to our services.

PRIVACY

BEST-BRAIN GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION will not intercept, monitor, copy or disclose any User messages or personal information about the User or the User's member account, phone number, other than in the normal course of the use of the Services, without the User's prior permission unless we believes in good faith that such action is necessary to conform to legal requirements, to co-operate or comply with legal process, investigations, summonses, subpoenas and the like, to protect and defend the rights, property or legally protectable interest of BEST-BRAIN GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION, the User or other third party, to enforce any of the provisions of these terms and conditions or to protect our entity or reputation or that of our Partners. The User agrees that BEST-BRAIN GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION may access its account and message contents for the purposes described above without notice and in order to respond to service or technical issues and that BEST-BRAIN GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION may communicate with the User from time to time for purposes including, but not limited to, communicating information regarding any updates, upgrades, notices, or other information.
